Playing without an account

You can play every game without signing in. Your progress is saved in your own browser and stays on your device.

If you sign in with Google

Google tells us a permanent ID for your account and your name. We store those, along with your game saves, so your progress follows you between devices. We don't ask for or store your email address, and we can't see your Google password.

Your first name appears on this site while you're signed in. We keep a small cookie that holds you in for up to 90 days, or until you sign out. It's only used to know it's you.

Leaderboard

While you're signed in, we count how long you play each game on hiro.games. The server notes when your game checks in, about every 30 seconds while you're playing; nothing about what you do in the game is sent. The home page shows the players with the most time, by first name, with their time in each game. You can hide yourself with Hide me under the leaderboard, and your time keeps counting privately.

What a game save contains

Your progress and settings in each game, such as your in-game name, coins, unlocked items and volume. Saves are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site.

Webcam in Don't Flinch

Don't Flinch uses your webcam to watch for flinches. That happens on your device. Video is never sent to us or added to your account.

Online matches

TurboBall's online matches run through Photon, a multiplayer service. Other players in your match see your in-game name.

Advertising

TurboBall, the Don't Flinch lobby and this site may show ads from Google AdSense. When they do, Google and its partners can use cookies to show ads and measure them, including ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can turn off personalized ads in Google's Ad Settings, and Google explains how it uses this data. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, you're asked for your choice first. Ads never run during a night of Don't Flinch.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. The only outside services involved are the ones named here, which we need to run the site.

Deleting your data

Sign in, choose your name in the bar at the bottom of the home page, then choose Delete my account. That permanently removes your account, every save and your play time from our database. Saves in your own browser stay until you clear them.
